Rooms here are nicely decorated, with comfy beds and fluffy down pillows. You also get bathtubs in the bathrooms for a relaxing soak after a long day. 🛁

I loved the room with a balcony, and the bed was comfortable; the location was convenient and easy to reach from the airport.

The clerk who checked us in was great and very polite. Clean and comfortable room. Pool area was very clean.

We had a great time until new desk clerk came on. He portrayed himself as a manager and was very rude to us about having drinks in the pool area. Which the rules state no drinks "in" the pool. Another rule states no glass bottles in the pool "area". Instead of of coming to us in a polite manner, he came barreling at us as we sat at the table watching our kids swimming. He was very rude and condesending in his tone and manner.

The property is clean, staff is efficient, well-furnished rooms with a refrigerator, fridge, and a fold-out sofa bed.

Staff was helpful and kind. Loved having Ruby Tuesday right across the parking lot.

Pool was cloudy, other guests in pool area didn't always have wristbands and were rowdy. Jumping over peoples heads and not being careful around little kids

After getting there I was told I couldn't pay with my PayPal card, which I have never had problem paying with this EVER!!!

The convenience of this place is wonderful; it's so close to the city for a weekend getaway and also near a grocery store, plus the rooms have balconies.

Room was big enough for 2 adults, 3 kids.

Noisy, felt like there was no staff at times. May have been an exceptionally busy weekend but room was cleaned one day out of a 4 day stay. Housekeeper knocked on door at 8:00pm, asking if we needed our room cleaned. I had already put the kids to bed. The kids wrote their names in the dust on the shelves. When Saturday came around and people started checking in with clothes in grocery bags we seriously wondered if the hotel was being used as a transitional house. Overall, this was one of the strangest hotels experiences we've ever had.

I liked my spacious and well-equipped room with a spa tub and the convenient location in a pleasant area.

Pull out coach was broken wallpapering peeling up on the wall it was a nail sticking out between the bathroom tile and rooms carpeting! And I stepped on it didn't feel good! And I can get it out of the carpeting! Wish there was a place to post the pictures!

The staff not being friendly! Except for the cook! The rundown quality of the room un acceptable with the bed! They didn't put towels in the pool room there weren't towels in there at night from 8 o'clock on in the next morning you think they'd have it refilled but I had to go and ask them for towels at 11 and then they still didn't come for another 15 minutes

Breakfast was good

It seemed like it was a club in the lobby with young guest. Weed was smelled in the hall all you heard were doors slamming and kids running through the hall. Oh and the jacuzzi was full children and it was filthy. I def will be calling corporate!
